Hi, I'm Leandro. I design for complex operations: fewer steps, fewer errors, more people actually using it.
Let's work togetherFour areas where I usually step in
Product design
I start with the real process, not the screen. I map who does what, where things get stuck and which steps aren't needed; the structure comes out of that.
Design systems
Components, tokens and written rules, so the team can keep building without every new screen inventing something different.
UI design
The fine detail: hierarchy, spacing, states and accessibility. What keeps a dense screen easy to read.
From design to product
I hand off with the people who will build it in mind, and when it's needed I prototype it myself until it can actually be used.

In context
I come from in-house teams, not agencies: I work alongside operations, support and engineering from day one. That's why the process matters to me before the screen.
